Warranty
- Nappa Dori offers a two-year warranty incase of production defects. Management of the cases with manufacturing faults will be taken forward by us to the best of our ability.
- Reach out to us at [email protected] and we will supervise the evaluation and the repair of the damaged parts.
- You are requested to send the product to the nearest store or workshop for the restoration of the damaged case. The restoration process might take upto 4-6 weeks.
- It is important to be cognizant of the fact that the warranty does not protect your luggage against any cosmetic or damage misuse. Please ensure that the case is locked when it is turned in at the repair center.
- Airline Damage
- In case of airline damage, we can provide assistance with invoices and repair quotes to support your claim against the airline.
- It is advised to report the airline damage without delay, since the information regarding the damaged case needs to be notified with immediacy. We can help provide proper documentation to back your claim following your notice.
- It is pertinent to note that Nappa Dori will not act as an airline baggage claim.
